Nairobi County Building Permit Fees

The Nairobi City County Revenue Act, 2015, has been updated as part of the Nairobi City County Acts, 2023. Schedule 5.0, which covers Physical Planning, Lands, and Housing, has been revised to remove and update the fees for certain items, including Nairobi County Building Permit Fees. They also require careful attention from developers, property owners, and residents.
