At Umbala creations we offer an integrated process that involves consultation services, Architectural design plans, and Structural design plans with Structural Calculations and a full well prepared Bill of Quantity. All endorsed by professionals in our company.
We use computer aided design (CAD)to draft, draw and render all concepts as well create well done working drawings (blue prints).
The architect will assist the client in the following
- Oversee all the design process
- Collaborate closely with the structural engineers, quantity surveyor and interior designers to meet the clients’ requirements.
- Define all building specifications
For contractors and sub-contractors to fully interpret what is required of them, they’ll need drawings from the architect, structural engineer, mechanical engineer and electrical engineers.
We offer a thorough knowledge of product sourcing during and after construction. We work with builders who do actual construction and with Electricians and Plumbers to make sure all systems are installed as planned and specified.
Other than Technical design drawing we take pride in creating opportunities for highly skilled subcontractors who specialize in handling specific aspects in building such as carpentry, painting, fabrication, installation of tiles and kitchen fixtures.
